Victor Guadagno is a producer and project manager with a BS in Industrial
Engineering / Information Management and 15 years experience in media
production. His background combines corporate and technical experience
with video and music production. He brings exceptional project management
ability and a depth of lighting, shooting, and editing experience. Victor also
works in the development of sustainable systems through his consultancy
partnership, Square One, LLC. Prior to forming Bordertown, Victor was the
sole proprietor of Full Circle Production.

Brad Johanson has a BS in communication and film studies from Emerson
College in Boston. He has six years of experience in commercial editing
and post-production. Brad excels in composing documentaries and
commercial pieces with the use of dynamic music cuts and innovative editing
styles. Commited to detail, Brad utilizes his knowledge of Avid Symphony,
Final Cut Pro HD, Adobe Photoshop, and various graphics composite
programs such as Adobe AfterEffects to create quality video presentations.
